The Lifeline fleet is currently comprised of 12 fully equipped Emergency Ambulances and two medical cars. Specialist VehiclesLifeline currently has two CEN compliant A&E Voyager ambulances, available for HDU, ICU, CCU and Neo-natal transfers. Lifeline also has two other vehicles equipped with stretcher lifts. Quality ControlAll vehicles are subjected to a pre-shift inspection, which includes basic checks such as levels, tyres, glass/mirrors, bodywork, etc. A check list is also completed by the ongoing crew confirming that the vehicle has its required level of equioment and supplies on board.
