Lifeline staff must demonstrate professionalism at all times, they must exhibit excellent clinical skills and understand the needs of patients in their care.

All staff are Garda vetted regularly by the Garda Siochana.

Staff consists of EMT’s, Paramedics and Advanced Paramedics. All our staff are Phecc Registered and operate under the latest 2017 CPG’s
Staff complete a Non-Emergency Driving Course or equivalent before deployment.

All staff register annually with Phecc. CPG’s are updated at our staff training days conducted throughout the year under the guidance of our Clinical Manager and our Medical Director. All Manual Handling, Patient Moving and CFR-A training is conducted in house by our own qualified instructors.

Lifeline staff must be computer literate in order to work on our Electronic Management system including Electronic Patient Care Reports and our scheduling modules.

Staff are expected to adhere to our uniform policy and be well presented at all times.
